Zamora Taqueria - Great Salvadorian food just down the street from us.  Try a pupusa or fried plantain with beans and cream.

Pecha Kucha - 20 slides - 20 seconds per slide, super hippster and fun presentations. Hyper localism at its finest.
Peeve's Public House and Local Market - If you are downtown and need a cup of coffee or a beer, stop here.  Local food products in small batches available here.
It is on the Fulton Mall.  Park on the street or in a parking garage (get valdiation at Peeves), walk on the Mall, and get over it. Cyclist warmly welcomed here.
