                                                                                                            In 2007, 1724 Broadway was purchased as a shell by
                                                                                                            entrepreneurs David Peltola and Cameron Moors. On
                                                                                                            a hunch that downtown Fresno needed innovative
                                                                                                            workspaces for small businesses, they converted 1724
                                                                                                            Broadway into seven open, airy suites suitable for offices or
                                                                                                            creative studios.
